Dev 1061180 ps

Ticket #1061180: Filter Extensions were added for children in first level and children in x level. The current DB is identified and based on the DB version the corresponding statement will be executed. The all hierarchy filter is done with a recursive SQL statement and works in MariaDB in TRADE_HIERARCHY_lib. The logic is done for Oracle as well but could not be tested due to the fact that developer does not have any Oracle DB access.
