build: 🚀 Cloned the qsh1nethd.github.io retrospective git and updated th e README accordingly.

As stated in the README, this is not possible to implement within the restrictions of gitlab I have, the tol is working and accessable via github. I left instruction oin how to migrate this tool into the official ADITO gitlab.
