== Service

This menu group contains all the required dahsboards and contexts for a service employee and the service team leader.
Here you will find all the tools for creating, editing and planning service tickets.

Each *service employee* can view his current tasks and tickets via his own service dashboard.
In addition, each employee can create new tickets via the "Ticket Control Center" dashlet and pull their next ticket from the ticket pool for processing.

[NOTE]
Which ticket an employee receives via the button "Drag next ticket" is determined by a service administrator via a separate setting.
For more information on these settings, see the relevant contexts.

As a *team leader* for the service area, you can view an overview of all tickets via your own "team leader dashboard".
There you will find graphical evaluations of received tickets, the distribution of priorities and much more information.

[NOTE]
You can only view the "Team Leader Dashboard" with a corresponding role in ADITO.
