In the "Advertising items" tab, you will see a list of all the advertising material that are part of this mailing.

As long as the status of the shipment is "open", you can add more items.

Add advertising material

You can add the desired advertising material by clicking the "Create new" button.

In the "Delivery" field, select whether the advertising material is to be delivered personally, by post or by e-mail.

In the field "Product" you can select all products which are marked as advertising material.

In the "Quantity" field, you specify how many advertising materials are to be sent.

In the "Price" field, the price stored on the advertising material is automatically drawn.

The values in the fields "Actual amount" and "Target amount" are calculated from the quantity and the price.

If the advertising material is to be sent free of charge, activate the "Free" button. This sets the amount in the "Actual amount" field to zero. In the field "Target amount" you can see which costs would arise here.

If you add a digital advertising material, the quantity is automatically set to 1. Digital ad material is sent as an email attachment.
