PlanningChangeStatusAndResponsible_entity

This entity is used for the series actions "Change status" and "Change responsible" in the Planning_entity. When the "Change Status" action is called, the PlanningChangeStatus_view is opened. In this case, only the STATUS field is filled and it is known that the serial action for status change has been called. When the serial action "Change responsible" is called, the PlanningChangeResponsible_view is opened. Here again only the RESPONSIBLE field is filled and it is known that the responsible person has been changed.
