unit tests: add success message if no error thrown and no assert was called which would result in no meassage at all

first implementation of .and in SqlBuilder & initial UnitTest framework + some Tests for the SqlBuilder.and

-> each consumer to ObjectTree can define several object types/ids which should be displayed

Replace all db.translateStatement and db.translateCondition with SqlUtils.translateStatementWithQuotes and SqlUtil.translateConditionWithQuotes
