fix #1046678: Attributes that are "Protecetd" (e.g. a group within the attrTree) cannot be edited anymore (delete-protection was already inserted)

View of the live calculated duplicates in the Organisation and Person Main views has been removed, the used consumers named "SelfDuplicatesUncached" in both Organisation and Person havent been deleted.

updated server processes to use the same latest api functions
removed notification in Persons OnUpdate because it's unclear if this is necessary or not. Has to be fully removed or uncommentedwhen this decision has been made.
