Ticket #1066027: some adjustments to keep consistent all column names so districtresponsible were renamed with an additional xml file.

Ticket #1066037: language files were copied from xrm trade and added into this project. All translation of the previous tickets were detected
and added. Merge Manager need to include those values manually. 

Ticket #1066037: DistrictContact is integrated in the Organisation and contacts can be created manually by the user. The Origin
field is automatically set to 'manual'.

Ticket #1066027: DISTRICTCONTACT data table and context were created. All corresponding connections done (CONTACT and DISTRICT) and all necessary
fields were added with consumer connections. Keywords were created and insert into the project. Currently the adviser role keywords are not
existing due to the other ticket in merge request.

Ticket #1066024: all responsible persons will be shown in the filter view with all corresponding values. Each supervisor can be 
selected only once per district via the excludedContactid_param.

Ticket #1066024: Responsible Person can be created in the district. The filter view does not show anything but the context itself contains data.

Ticket #1066024: District Responsible were integrated into the District main view. In addition the District Responsible data table
were extended (Adviser Role, Adviser Status, Valid From and Valid To) with it all corresponding fields in the entity. 
A simple Edit view were created to select a responsible person with all needed fields and keyword resolvements.
