Ticket #1066024: In the district main view the district responsible connection were created (via the filter view). After selecting a district the user is able to add a responsible person to this area. In an additional edit view all neccessary values can be filled (contactID, adviser role, adviser status, valid from, valid to). Each supervisor can be connected only once to the corresponding district area. The adviser roles are handled with given keywords from the ticket description (further translation is needed).
