Ticket #1066027: DISTRICTCONTACT data table and context were created. All corresponding connections done (CONTACT and DISTRICT) and all necessary fields were added with consumer connections. Keywords were created and insert into the project. Adviser role is used in combination with the keywords that were created in the parallel ticket. Everything was tested after the merge and branch changes and looks stable so far.
