Dev new ps iba 1067901

Ticket #1067901: A new action button were created for salesoder with types 'assignment'. With all given parameter a new order 'confirmation' will be created. This includes all given information of the previous order with all texts, attributes etc. Currently there is a copy problem with salesorderitems in a salesorder. The problem is known to ADITO and they will fix it soon. All funtionalities are given but the correctness need to be proved in the future.
